Weeks 8-10

Sally is fully funded for outreach! A GIANT thank you to those of you who bought a print this past week to help fund students still in need. We leave in 12 days!

We have been learning so much about kingdom culture in the past weeks to deepen our personal relationships with family and our team focusing on topics like: The Unoffendable Heart, Radical Servanthood, Surrender, Faith, & overcoming offense.

Local Outreach at the YWAM hosted Community Block Party included a bouncy house, dinner, free ice-cream from the ice-cream truck, games, & face painting. Matt & I prayed with a couple that night who were open about their broken family and involvement with new age religions. They were visibly touched by God's love and very grateful for the trays of food they brought home to their family and friends.

It was fun to catch up with family & friends through Skype on Thanksgiving after a prayer walk and vision casting tour of the campus with Loren Cunningham. One of our highlights of the holiday weekend was geocaching with the Marshall family visiting from Alaska.

We spent last Sunday at Sure Foundation church in Hilo where Ashton was discipled through Teen Challenge last year. It was a privilege to repaint the Men's Home sign for these men who invested so much in our son.

We are looking forward to our final week of instruction and local outreach with Todd White Dec. 12- 16th. Thank you for your continued prayer & financial support for our family as we go. Please let us know how we can pray & support your family too!
